With the new UK-EU trade & cooperation agreement signed on 30 December 2020, PPMA members are encouraged to join a FREE to attend webinar on Business Travel & Movement of People on 28 January 2021 at 12pm (BST).

About event

During this one hour-and-a-half webinar session, attendees will get an overview of what the deal means and the impact it will have on manufacturers, who need to send their UK-based workers to the EU on business. The session will also look at the requirements when looking to recruit EU workers in the UK, navigating the new immigration points-based system.

Attendees will hear from people mobility expert Alice Tranter and Employment Lawyer Lucy Atherton who will both undertake a deep dive into what the deal and leaving the EU means for British manufacturers. Alice will look at how to notify and send employees to the EU, Lucy will then go on to look at the new immigration rules, the EU Settlement Scheme, and the frontier worker permit scheme.
