This one-day training course is for Managers/Team Leaders, who wish to develop their leadership skills. During this course you will develop a clear understanding of how a team works effectively with a clear purpose, defined goals and in different roles.

The course journeys through, managing different personalities, encouraging mutual respect and achieving co-operation.

Identify and understand the ‘Role of the Modern Manager’
Identify different leadership styles to use in the workplace (different styles for different situations)
Understand how to develop and build trust in the workplace
Identify how strong performing teams develop and form.
Identify the different players in your team and understand the benefits of the different roles they play.

PAYMENTS: Payment for the training course is due immediately on receipt of the invoice. CANCELLATION: Cancellations must be made with a minimum of 10 working days notice, prior to the training course date. In this instance, delegates will be rescheduled to the next available course date and notified in writing by the Automate UK training and events team. DESIGNATED REPLACEMENT: Delegates withdrawing from a training course less than 10 working days prior to the training course date, can provide a replacement delegate without incurring any charges. The named delegate and contact details, must be offered in writing to the Automate UK training and events team within 24hours of the course start. If a replacement delegate cannot be found, the invoice will be payable in full. REFUNDS: Refunds will be issued if notice is given in writing, a minimum of 10 working days prior to the training course. Refunds will be subject to a 10% (+VAT) fee to cover administrative expenses. RESCHEDULING: It may be necessary, for reasons beyond the control of Automate UK, to change the timing, presenter and/or date of the course. In this instance delegates will be notified in writing by the Automate UK training and events team.
